Loss of my father

I lost my father back in 2019. I was still young so it was hard. I regret every time I would ignore him when he was calling from jail. Or when we said he wanted to take me out to eat and never did. He made so many promises.. and he was finally going to go through with them.. but then he was murdered. And it kills me every day. Just knowing I couldn’t have done anything to help. I don’t remember living with him, but I just miss him so much.
