Mother in law

I lost my mother in law a little over a year ago now to stomach cancer and I still havent come to terms with it I can cope with the fact I cant pic up the phone everyday and talk to her its killing me slowly inside and I just dont know how I can stay strong on the outside knowing I'm dying on the inside
