I lost my dad just over 3 weeks ago. It was sudden and completely unexpected. He wasn’t sick. How do you get past the anger? How do you get past hating the world? Rationally neither of these will make me feel any better but emotionally it’s making me feel too much.

Making sure I’m taking deep breaths helps me get through the minutes and moments. Many times we may find ourselves holding our breath and it feels good to take deep slow breaths if only for that moment 🙏🏽
